    Gilza Fort-Martinez, MS, LFMT

    A Latina therapist, speaker, and writer with over 30 years of experience helping women heal from betrayal and rebuild self-love. As the founder of Resolution Counseling Center in Miami, she guides clients through emotional transitions with compassion and clarity, creating personalized roadmaps to wellness.

    A strong advocate for women’s empowerment, Gilza has been featured in outlets like BBC, People en Español, Telemundo, and Self.com, and has shared her insights on podcasts such as Ask a Matchmaker and Doing Relationships Right. She holds degrees in Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy, with certifications in hypnotherapy, family therapy, and meditation.

    Carlos Escanilla LMHT

    A licensed mental health counselor and singer‑guitarist based in Miami, Florida. As a therapist, he guides individuals and couples through life’s challenges with a focus on emotional resilience, open communication, and cultivating meaningful connections. As a musician, he is the frontman of the high‑energy brass‑driven band, Tremora, captivating audiences with a sound that blends vintage soul, blues, and funk.

    With nearly two decades in the Miami music scene and a deep understanding of the human experience, Carlos brings a unique, holistic approach to both his therapy practice and his music. At the heart of his work is a passion for storytelling, and also creating spaces for men to feel seen, heard, and inspired to live fully and authentically.
